The rate of the pet's stay is $15 per night
Dogs are not allowed on Barnstable Beaches 
      May 15-September 15  

1.  Prior approval is mandatory, so that we can control the number of
     pets in residence. We have designated rooms for the pets.
2.  We restrict the maximum size of dogs to 75 pounds and limit one pet
     per room.
3.  We attempt to only allow six pets at the inn at any one time, 
     except for exceptional circumstances.
4.  Pets must be leashed when out of the guest room.
5.  We require that your animal not be left unattended for more 
     than  a couple hours, and never unattended at night.  Please             a      leave a  cell phone number with us, if  your dog is left unattended.
6.  Pets must be clean and on flea medication prior to arrival, with
     proof of current rabies vaccinations.
7.  Owners should bring pet bedding and dishes; no pets on the beds
      or furniture.  
8.  When registering at the front desk, the pet owner agrees to the
      inn's pet policies, to be responsible for any damage or injury
      caused by the pet, and to absolve the innkeepers/staff of any 
      liability if the pet or another guest is injured.
9.  You may walk your dog to the side of the inn and in the the
     designated area on the back lawn.  We expect you to clean up 
     after your pet.  We provide containers for your assistance.
10. Housekeeping is instructed, not to go into rooms with pets even
      if they are crated.  Please notify the maids when you plan to
      leave the room, with your dog so they can go in and clean. If the
      maids leave before you have vacated the room with your pet,
      they will leave fresh towels on your door, but the room will not
      be cleaned.  
11. Dogs are allowed on parts of Barnstable's Sandy Neck, Cape       
      Cod National Sea Shore Beach, and Race Point Beach.  Check 
       on-line before you go as policies are subject to change.
